NEPAL BOOKING & PAYMENTS

To complete the booking here are some procedure which you should have to do:

  • Fill up the completely and send us in our email
  • You have to send a copy of your valid passport
  • 25% of the price which is non-refundable should have to be deposited on our bank as per given details:

Please contact us regarding direct deposit details. The bank services charge may be applied which should be payable at the time of deposit. And contact us if you are paying by card, we accept Master, VISA, and American Express, and 4% levy will be added while proceeding.

The outstanding balance should be cleared TWO WEEKS before the trip departure date.
If there is a possibility we will accept your last minute booking with paying full payment. Apex Asia Holidays reserved the rights to cancel your trip if the due amount not to be cleared in time.

CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES – NEPAL

  • At least 15 days required before the departure date to cancel the trip and must have to in writing, and the notice commences after the day is received. Cancellation notice will be valid after receiving the documents from the company with approval. The entire trip will be labeled as a canceled and 25 % non-refundable will be deducted from the advance paid.
  • If the passenger leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either happily, unhappily or if you commit any unlawful act after the trip began, we will not make any refunds either used services or not used.
  • If you required changing the tour, you must have to send the written document with the trip you want to change. The changes cannot be guaranteed it depends on the time.
  • If you unable to traveling on the tour date by genuine situations, e.g. (that are not in control) because of death, injury or serious infection of the traveler, close friends, relative, at that conditions you can postpone the tour or transfer your reservation to other with all documents which are the trip required. The proof is required why you are unable and need to postpone or transfer the trip. A fee of US Dollar 90 per person is required if you postpone or transfer this tour no less than two weeks prior to the trip departure date. There will be no options available 14 days before trip departure.

PASSPORT & VISAS- NEPAL

All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas costs should be paid by client self.

BHUTAN BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

To confirm the trip of you must have to send us a completed form at least 25 days prior, with 75% payment as detailed below. We require a copy of a valid passport with the booking form in our Kathmandu office.

BHUTAN CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES

  • At least 15 days required before the departure date to cancel the trip and must have to in writing, the notice commences after the day is received. Cancellation notice will be valid after receiving the documents from the company with approval. The entire trip will be labeled as a canceled and 25 % non-refundable will be deducted from the advance paid.
  • If the passenger leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either happily, unhappily or if you commit any unlawful act after the trip began, we will not make any refunds either used services or not used.
  • If you are unable to travel on appointed dates, unfortunately, there is no refund, transfer or postponing options available for Bhutan trip, the Bhutanese government has strict Tourism policies, which does not allow.

BHUTAN PASSPORT & VISAS

All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. If you are unable to obtain the visa of Bhutan you have to send your passport details to Apex the Asia Holidays for visa application of Bhutan. This information should have to be provided 45 days prior to the trip departure date.

TIBET BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

To confirm the trip of you must have to send us a completed booking form at least 25 days prior, with 40% payment as detailed below. We require a copy of a valid passport with the booking form in our Kathmandu office.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Full coverage (personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance etc.) travel insurance is compulsory for all clients to do any trips of any country Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan.

HEALTH & FITNESS

All of the tours and treks required the fitness, which have its own level. You must have to collect some advice with your doctor before the commencing any trip, and you must have to inform us about your pre-existing medical conditions and/or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of you required medical attention that may affect your ability to travel.

CHILDREN

A legal guardian must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. If you have a question regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.

PUBLICITY

You agree that Apex Asia Holidays reserved the rights to use images and videos that you took during the trip without compensation to you. It will be published in course of publicity and promotions throughout whatever media chose.

CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY AND PRICING

Traveling with Apex Asia Holidays requires a degree of flexibility, good humor and an understanding that modes of transport, accommodations and itineraries may change, even after the tour has commenced, without prior notice due to local circumstances such as flight delay, cancellation or postponement due to notorious weather in the Himalayan regions or other unpredictable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest or delay arrival etc. Apex Holidays is unable to refund under the above circumstances due to prior supplier arrangements. If possible we will always endeavor to provide you with an alternative or substitute trip of the same category.

Apex Asia Holidays does not accept any responsibility for the loss on employment, delays or compensation resulting from situations beyond Apex Asia Holidays control.

Our holidays, tour/trek packages, are based on twin share accommodation. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed on clients who do not have another tour participant to share accommodation with.

We reserve the right to revise pricing rates posted in our marketing material, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance, changes in exchange rate, government action etc.

PRIVACY

In order to collect information from you to make a booking through Apex the Asia Holidays we ask many questions to obtain the necessary permits etc. No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will be disclosed for any other purposes.

RISK & LIABILITIES

We are committed to providing the best services, which will give you a once in a lifetime trip in this connection; we accomplish our duties honestly & seriously to make your trip very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire program is conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of their’ own policies.

Therefore, Apex Asia Holidays and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, landslide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots.

OUR RESPONSIBLE TOURISM POLICY

Apex Asia Holidays is re-inventing tourism for the benefit of local people, tourists, environment and the tourism industry at large. We expect that you will follow our policy and guidelines while traveling with us.

COMPLAINTS

If you have the complaint about the trip, you must have to make it known to your leader/guide at the earliest opportunity who will take the appropriate action.
